Half Chicken 2 Fully Jointed Chicken Halves (Complete with wing, breast, thigh and leg.)
Pork Spare Ribs (Required: 9 Individual Pork Spare Ribs)
Brisket (Required: 9 Full Slices)

Turn In times / Schedule

Up to 100 Teams (12:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30)
Tray Pick Up and Cooks Meeting will be: Friday
Cooks Meeting: 7:00PM
