2020 IBCA Annual Meeting and Banquet

We are excited to be holding our Annual Meeting at the Hilton, San Antonio Airport on NW Loop 410. The hotel has given us rates for our rooms at $89 / Night. The occupancy tax is 18%. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is at 12 PM. The room rates is available for 2 days pre- & post- conference. The hotel has blocked rooms through September 24th. After that date the rate will be honors, but it will be as rooms are available. You may make reservations online or call the hotel at 888-728-3031.

Saturday 10/24/20
- Membership Meeting | Head Judge Meeting | IBCA Awards Banquet
Points to remember:
- Members will vote on proposed changes to the IBCA By-Laws
- Board of Directors to present approved rule changes , if any.
- Nominations close for Regional Director elections
- Door Prize Raffle tickets for event free entries and other fun items
- Vendors on site
- Alcohol cannot be brought into public areas of the hotel due to TABC regulations.
