Pork Spare Ribs (Required: 9 Individual Pork Spare Ribs)
Brisket (Required: 9 Full Slices)

Up to 100 Teams (12:00, 1:30, 3:00, 4:30)
Tray Pick Up and Cooks Meeting will be: Friday
Tray Pick Up: 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.
