Please complete this form and payment of $25.00. This must be received 90 DAYS prior to your cook-off. We will then send you a complete new Promoter’s Book and updated IBCA membership mail list. A completed Form 99, Entry List, and Form 105, Winner’s List, with $3.00 per cook attached must be received no later than 30 days after the event. Judging trays will be furnished by the IBCA Head Judge at the cost of $0.50 per Styrofoam container. (If large trays are used, cost per container of $1.00 each)
*Note: Head Judges expenses (mileage & hotel) plus minimum of $100.00 for their services.
